Another activity brought to you by the Cultural-community center SHELTER+ is the opportunity to communicate in English with native speakers through fun games, intellectual conversations and watching movies in English.
These programmed activities give you a very effective way to improve your English. The person leading the English club in the 2019-2020 season is Sanaa Karam, an American Peace Corps volunteer.
Despite her young age, Sanaa has serious social, scientific and sporting experience, so the English club does not only revolve around the English language, but also promotes youth development through engaging the local youth in projects relating to civic education, healthy lifestyles and preparing youth for the world of work.
